My 4 Ingredient Sweet & Savoury Treat For Christmas
Four ingredients is all there is!!!
With Christmas just around the corner, I'm sure a lot of you are already thinking about what to bring to that Christmas Eve drinks with the neighbours.
Well have I got the easiest most delicious thing that only takes 15mins to do and looks impressive as heck.
So, My 4 Ingredient Sweet & Savoury Treat For Christmas...
Baked Camembert and Balsamic Strawberries
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 Round of your favourite Camembert
2C fresh or frozen strawberries
3Tbsp honey
3Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Fresh basil to garnish
Honeycomb if available
Method
Preheat oven to 180'C.
In a large bowl mix strawberries, honey and balsamic together. Season with salt and pepper and turn into a heatproof dish, all the better if it's also your serving dish.
Top with your cheese of choice and place into the oven for 10-15min or til the cheese has become all gooey.
Remove from oven and top with honey comb and fresh basil, serve with crusty bread.
